All your slandering words choked me like a noose,

snapping the neck of sanity....leaving it dangling.

"W..w..why? What did I..I ever d..d..do?"

"I j..just wanted to b..b..be like y..y....y..YOU!"



What I'd give to be normal like all of you.

Your stares pierce my flesh as you crucify me with your judgemental views.

"I wasn't any d..d..different, j..j..just shy."

"I was s..s..scared, my im..m..mage helped keep y..y..you away."



Your boredom has robbed me of any chance of a normal life.

Friendship, like a remote control made me do crazy things for your approval.

"OK I'll p..p..pierce my arm w..with that r..r..rusty nail."

"B..b..brand a p..p..pentagram in m..my forehead? (hmmmm)T..ten dollars."



I guess I should be glad that my body wasn't worth $10 to them,

then again I always knew nothing was my price tag.

I wish that I could show you, the world the way I see.

Lots of broken promises and lots of misery.

I'd show you all the punishment, I'd show you all the pain.

I'd show you all the pointing, to say that I'm to blame.

I'd show you all the heartache, caused by long lost loves.

I'd show you all the people, who feel they're far above.

I might find some good things, but I'll find there's far more bad.

Two thirds of my emotions, are being angry and feeling sad.

I wish that I could make you see, the world through my eyes.

I'd show you I'm not what you think "a devil in disguise".

Tired, bruised and broken,

from a life of misery.

a suicidal soul.

that I can never be.

Wanted, loved and cared for,

for all the world to see.

A pathetic, hopeless, loser

This last 12 month we have lost many talented stars. The one I will miss the most is David Bowie. I regret I never had the chance to see him live he inspired me in many ways, from music. image, and probably helped give me an interst in aliens as well. If there are visitors from other worlds i believe he was one of them. He was the chameleon of rock and roll always changing himself always innovative always doing things his way, not worrying if people will like it or not.



RIP ..the stars look very different today

I was just a child in the late 70s when I started to go thru my step Dads records, he was into rock music and I was able to hear some stuff I wouldnt hear on the radio of the day. Alice Cooper was a big part of what would shape my musical interest as I got older. My Dad had the Killers album and this song was always a favorite
